BAITRONICS has developed the latest XY-PRO series, which meets the needs of customers for indoor and outdoor rental screens with conventional, inner curved, outer curved, and 90 degree designs. The biggest advantage of the XY-PRO series for customers is that it can achieve a 45 degree beveled LED Cabinet, achieving 90 degree seamless splicing. In addition, it can achieve 100% front maintenance design, and can directly install and exchange LED modules from the front of the module. Superior Heat Dissipation System

Due to its ultra-thin design, considering the issue of LED screen heat dissipation, BAITRONICS has designed a unique breathing valve on each LED cabinet. When the working temperature of each LED cabinet reaches 40 degrees or above, the breathing valve will start working, dissipating the heat inside the LED Cabinet through the breathing valve, effectively controlling the problem of LED cabinet and solving the heat dissipation problem.

Diversified Installation Methods

In addition to supporting inner and outer arc designs, the XY Pro series can also support splicing at 45 degree and 90 degrees. Generally, according to customer needs, the XY PRO series can provide a selection of 0 degrees, -/+2.5 degrees, -/+5 degrees, -/+7.5 degrees, -/+10 degrees, -/+12.5 degrees, and -/+15, 45 degrees. The biggest highlight lies in the ability to freely splice different angles, and also achieve LED CUBE design.

Self-Developed PCB Multilayer Module

Whether the XY-PRO series is indoor or outdoor LED modules, they are all independently developed and designed by BAITRONICS. The high-end PCB is composed of 2 or 4 layers of 1.6mm thick PCB board, which solves the problem of cyan and blue when the white screen of the LED screen is white, and better solves the heat dissipation problem of the LED module. The plastic shell is designed with flame-retardant and anti-ultraviolet materials, which greatly controls the tolerance of the LED module and ensures the seamless splicing of the LED screen.

The XY-PRO series is available in two sizes: 500mm500mm and 500mm1000mm. This allows customers to choose the size that best suits their needs. The XY-PRO series also has optional pixels: 2.604mm, 2.976mm, 3.91mm. Its refresh rate is 3840 Hz.
